You won't want to eat a lot... full fast January 2, 2008 Reviewer: Erin L. from Plano, TX United States   I ordered these because I heard that they widely used in L.A. by thin, beautiful people.  Wearing the patch does not make me jumpy and irritable - they just make food less of an obsession for me.  Now, I can actaully STOP eating when I am full, which usually leaves more than half the food on my plate. For me, these are an EXCELLENT alternative to diet pills that make me feel horrible after a few days.  Slender Patches are helping to change my feeling about food.  I am eating to live, not living to eat!  I feed my body what it needs and put down my fork and walk away.  It's like I am detached from needing to pig out.  I can't tell you what an amazing accomplishment that is for me! It is easy to skip dessert because I am actually FULL.   It is the best feeling in the world NOT TO NEED more food! Weight is shedding off, (it's only been 3.5 weeks).
