Usage:
For regular treatment take 1 capsule twice daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, preferably not close to meals. For a more intensive treatment take 3 capsules daily, 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening. For best results, take this product for 3-4 months, or longer, according to individual requirements. Treatment should be repeated at least once a year.
Precautions: Consult a healthcare practitioner before taking this or any other dietary supplement. If you are pregnant or lactating, do not take this product unless otherwise directed by your physician. Bladderwrack extract contains iodine, and total iodine intake may exceed recommended levels when taking this product.
