I've always been a big lip balm guy since I always had kinda dry lips. When I was a kid, my mom got me the classic black chapstick -- a little waxy and a little odd tasting, but it did the trick. As I got older, I tried all sorts of different types and brands and became somewhat of a lip balm conneseur. I discovered that price clearly had no bearing on the quality of the balm. Some are too dry, some are too sticky, some sting, some are soo waxy... you know, you've tried a bunch too!

Recently I heard someone talking about Canus Vermont's Goat's Milk products -- including a lip balm. Goat's Milk, eh? I felt like the guy Andrew Zimmer on the food network who tries all those bizarre foods, but I did it. I must say, it rocked. Just the right mix of subtle flavor, texture and emollients. It was $2.45 well spent. I'm on my third one now and have no intention of switching... it is the balm!
