How do I return an item?
We hope you love everything you order from Pretty Like Me. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened or used items. Items that are returned without prior written authorizaton (RMA #) will be returned to sender or may be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
Select unused, unopened, re-sellable merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days from original purchase date when accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form issued by a Pretty Like Me Service Representative.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package and a copy of your RMA form inside the box. Please pack the item in a manner which will ensure it arriving undamaged. Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Please send your return package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or UPS tracking of your return. All returned items must be sent at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs on returns as well as the original shipment are never refundable.

- If we have authorized a return, please ship the item back to us within 10 days of having received the completed RMA form. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or email confirmation if possible.
- Unopened items must be received in a re-sellable condition. Returned product(s) must be in original condition in their original packaging. We offer a refund or store credit for the product price only. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), or product(s) received more than 30 days after purchase.
- No refund or store credit will be issued without a completed RMA form included with the return.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less original shipping & handling costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED:
If an item which was ordered under our "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your credit card.
UNCONDITIONAL FINAL SALE ON SOME PRODUCTS:
Due to health reasons, all sales on acrylic and cuticle nippers, hair and facial electronics, earrings, toe rings, body jewelry, shape wear, nail polish, cosmetics, vitamins, supplements, tinctures, hair accessories and hair extensions, hair appliances (dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc.), combs and brushes, personal massagers, contraceptives are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic purposes.
Books, DVDs, CDs and videos are not eligible for return. No refunds will be issued for any books, DVDs, CDs, or any video media.
REFUSED OR RETURNED BOXES:
Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a full refund. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee** plus the cost of return service fees from UPS or USPS.
**The restocking fee covers the costs that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.
Yes, we are human and do make mistakes. Should we make an error and send you something that you did not order, we will “call tag” the item. We will always rectify the error in a timely manner. Please contact us to discuss the details prior to returning any item. Report any shipping errors within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to email@example.com
If a product ordered is out of stock at the time of shipping, we will automatically backorder it and ship at no additional shipping cost when it becomes available. Credit Card charges are pre-processed on back ordered / waitlist items. Unfortunately we cannot backorder and ship any order which is below $15.00 in value.
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, fill out the return authorization request form, and we will provide you with special instruction to process your replacement product(s). Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge. UPS will send a representative to inspect/collect your damaged items. Report any freight claims within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org
